Peace and Tranquility
It was created with people sensitive to excess stimuli, neurodiverse and others in mind.
Designed by Joanna Jurga and children from Special Primary School No. 176 in Łódź, the space is a place where everyone can feel safe and comfortable. The young designers utilized elements they believe best promote relaxation and calm.
The interior of the room is open to our audiences at all times. If you’re overwhelmed by the noise and bustle, or if the sound and lighting during a performance are too much for you, just ask our Animators, who will go with you and show you the quietest spot in the theater.
And what will you find there?
- A sea photo wallpaper and sand with shells will transport our thoughts to a soothing beach.
- A bed with stuffed animals and pillows will allow you to relax and cuddle if that’s what you need right now.
- If you feel angry or stressed, there is a sofa with Velcro patches that you can attach and detach at will.
- If you are overstimulated by various sounds, we provide sound-absorbing headphones.
