Child Protection Policy at Pinokio Theatre in Łódź
The paramount principle guiding all actions undertaken by our team is the well-being of our young audience members and safeguarding their best interests. We aim for the theatre to be a completely safe space, which is why we treat every young person with respect and attentiveness to their needs. In our theatre, there is an absolute prohibition of violence in any form.
What do our standards include?
- Safe Relationships – all employees and collaborators know and apply the principles of safe contact with children.
- Intervention Procedures – we have clear guidelines and support plans for situations where there is a suspicion that a minor is experiencing harm.
- Personnel Verification – the recruitment of employees and volunteers is carried out according to strict safety rules, including verification in national registers.
- Privacy Protection – we ensure the highest standards of personal data and image protection for children and youth.
