Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)
on weekends, one hour before the performance

Dear Guests, please be informed that due to the specific construction of the auditorium in our institution’s new location, late arrivals will not be permitted to enter performances and events taking place on the stages of Teatr Pinokio in Łódź.

To reserve tickets, please send an email to bilety@teatrpinokio.pl, including the following information: performance title, performance date, first and last name, number of seats for adults and children, and contact phone number. The validity of the reservation will be confirmed by phone or email by a Teatr PINOKIO staff member within 2 business days.

Tickets for the reserved performance must be purchased no later than one week before the performance.

Discounts

Ticket with Łodzianin Card – 20% discount on individual ticket price for repertory performances

Ticket with Large Family Card at group ticket price for the given category (for performances on weekends on the main stage)

Tickets for persons with certified disabilities and their assistants/caregivers – 20 PLN / 25 PLN

Purchased tickets are non-refundable if unused. The exception is cancellation or change of event date.
