ŚWINKI 3 (Wilhelm i Jakub Grimm)

The Pinocchio Theatre in Lodz has endeavored to find out how the characters in the popular tale of the three little pigs and a wolf will cope with building and demolishing houses in the Wild West. Their adventures and mishaps take place amidst the flying feathers, to the rhythm of wild country and bluegrass music played live. The convention combining the two film genres – western and musical – fills the spectacle with lots of comical situations and rousing songs. Making use of puppetry, the authors tell about the wild world, where the only code is the laws of nature. They reflect on feeling lonely among other fellow-countrymen, exertions of friendship, and building houses as much as bridges.
